This Privacy Policy describes how Mighty Rose (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use ROSE Portal at portal.themightyrose.com (the “Service”). The Service is an internal operations tool for our team.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. We receive identifiers such as your name, email address, and user id so we can authenticate you and authorize access.
  • Workspace data you enter. Content you save in the Service (for example calendar, content packaging, CRM, marketing notes, and related files) is stored in our database (Neon) so the team can collaborate.
  • Connected services. If enabled for your workspace, the Service may call Google Ads, YouTube Analytics, object storage (Cloudflare R2), email (Resend), or similar providers using credentials we configure. Those providers process data under their own terms.
  • Technical data. Standard logs and session cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely.

How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service
  • Support collaboration among authorized team members
  • Sync metrics and media from connected platforms you enable
  • Diagnose issues and improve reliability

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with infrastructure and identity providers that power the Service (for example Clerk, Neon, Google, Cloudflare, and hosting), solely to operate ROSE Portal. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We retain account and workspace data while your access is active and as needed for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes. You can ask us to delete account access or specific workspace content by contacting us.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and managed providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
