These Terms of Use govern access to ROSE Portal at portal.themightyrose.com (the “Service”), operated by Mighty Rose (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

ROSE Portal is an internal team tool for calendar, content, marketing, CRM, and related operations. Access is limited to authorized users we invite. Features may change, pause, or end at any time.

Accounts

You must keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only the account issued to you. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share access with people who are not authorized
• Attempt to bypass security or access other users’ data improperly
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service except as allowed by law

Your content

Content you submit remains yours (or your organization’s). You grant us permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service, including through subprocessors described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example Clerk, Google Ads, YouTube Analytics, Cloudflare, and email providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mighty Rose and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
